FRIDAY 27 MAY, 7PM
“Undisciplined Journeys” is an exhibition by the students of the Degree in Visual Arts at the University of Minho in three spaces in Guimarães: the CIAJG (José de Guimarães International Centre for the Arts), the CAAA (Center for Art and Architecture Affairs) and the Avenue Garage. Students will occupy the spaces with their ideas and their works, some finished, others still in process, and will be supervised by the teachers
of the Visual Arts degree at EAAD/UM and the guest artist, Mauro Cerqueira. The opening will feature a surprise concert and food and drinks, organized by the students, to celebrate the “Triangular” Project. “Triangular” is an action verb, plural, nomadic and undisciplined. It is a project of relations between students, artists and cultural institutions in the city of Guimarães.
