The performance “Aventuras”, co-produced by A Oficina, premiered at CIAJG in Guimarães in October 2024, following its international debut at the renowned Krokusfestival in Belgium. A show “forbidden to anyone who isn’t constantly amazed by the fact they exist.” Based on two fictional works of the same title—one by Portuguese author José Gomes Ferreira and the other by Flemish author Constant de Kinder—the theater company Laika, theater van den zinnen, and Prado – Cultural Association came together to create a mobile installation that tells the story of João the Fearless and João the Fearful. From this performance, a literary work of the same name was born, published by Editorial Caminho, and will be presented at the CIAJG Bookstore with the presence of the author, Patrícia Portela, and Francisco Neves, Director of Education and Cultural Mediation at A Oficina.
